Cancellation Policy.

Comforts of Home Therapeutic Massage is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.

Please call or text us at 208-971-5397 by 9:00am on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 2:00pm on Friday.

If prior notice is not given, the following steps will be taken:

• First late cancellation/no show will be charged a $40 cancellation fee to be paid prior to rebooking

• Second late cancellation/no show will be charged full price for the missed appointment to be paid prior to rebooking.

• Third late cancellation/no show will be charged full price and automatically added to a “no rebook” list.
